achieve their goals, and deliver exceptional customer

1:1s, performance reviews, and career planning sessions to help
team members grow in their roles./li

strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and service
quality across the department./li
listrongLead by example/strong: Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective
communication./li
listrongContinuously improve processes/strong: Analyze workflows
and implement solutions to enhance both team performance and
customer satisfaction./li
listrongEnsure business success/strong: Oversee customer accounts
to ensure profitability and accurate billing while resolving any
escalated issues with professionalism./li

listrongEducation/strong: High school diploma required; Bachelors
degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
preferred./li
listrongIndustry Experience/strong: Proven experience in
Transportation/Logistics customer support./li
listrongLeadership/strong: At least six years of experience in a
leadership or management role, with a track record of building and
developing teams./li
listrongTechnology Skills/strong: Proficient in Microsoft Office
Suite, AS400, and other PC-based tools./li
listrongProcess Improvement/strong: Demonstrated ability to create
and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improve
customer service operations./li
listrongFlexibility/strong: Willingness to work occasional weekends
as needed to support business operations./li
