Description:Purpose of Position: Under minimal supervision, the
Fleet Outside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining
and acquiring customer accounts and offers outstanding customer
service as per Company standards. Manages West El Paso and Southern
NM territory.Job Specific Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates efforts with others to achieve group and team
metrics.
- Engages in the extended mission and support group and team in
achieving the team's metrics.
- Manages existing and assigned customer base and develops new
business.
- Maintains high level of product knowledge to maximize sales
potential
- Keep up with market trends and work with Merchandising to
ensure we are up to speed with new products for the fleet customer
base.
- Follows communication protocols for requesting quotes,
scheduling installation, work orders and any situation that may
arise.
- Keeps track of the status of quotes and orders to ensure jobs
are completed within the time frames agreed upon and will
communicate with customers as necessary.
- Maintains positive communications with coworkers, customers and
the general community.
- Submits call reports on a daily basis.
- Keeps constant communication with Service Desk and provides
excellent and professional customer service.
- Performs other duties as assigned.Alamo Team Member Duties and

Requirements:Characteristics, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Proficient with computer skills - Microsoft Office, Internet,
electronic calendar and e-mail.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and positive customer service skills
and ability to relate to clients.
- Ability to work individually and as a team.
- Ability to learn products and installation services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organization skills and attention to details and
accuracy.Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience (Preferably in
automotive fleet or parts sales)
- Valid Driver License required.
