A company is looking for a Professional Services Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-sales technical deployment of products and oversee
multiple implementation projects
Conduct problem discovery and ensure delivery plans align with
customer goals
Develop project plans, manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality
while addressing implementation risks
Required Qualifications
BS/BA degree with 5+ years in a customer-facing role managing
enterprise-grade cybersecurity SaaS platforms
4+ years of project management experience in integrating or
migrating enterprise mail flow systems
Strong strategic thinking with technical understanding of API-led
implementations
Expertise in managing project risks and coordinating across
functions
Advanced knowledge of email security fundamentals and experience
with commercial routing and filtering solutions
