pThestrongGroundskeeper/strongis responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of thefacilityincluding buildings, grounds, and parking areas to meet company and regulatory compliance./p

pstrongemSchedule:/em/strongem12-hour rotating shifts (Days/Nights Vary)/em/p

pstrongemDays:/em/strongem7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m./emstrongemNights:/em/strongem7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m./em/p

pstrongResponsibilities/strongstrong:/strong/p

ul
liWorks with groundscrew members in the general care of all assigned properties. This includes, but is not limited to pressure washing, mowing, weeding, planting flowers,watering, garbage pickup, and painting./li
liMust be able to drive company truck/trailer and haul our pressure washer and push and pull 100 pounds of machinery./li
liA professional and courteous manner and an ability to work harmoniously with other employees./li
liFollow agency personnel and safety procedures./li
liCleans grounds and removes litter./li
liResponsible for the daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash./li
liBe aware of andoperate within OSHA (Occupational Safety amp; Health Act) standards and company safety policiesat all times./li
liResponsible for a thorough knowledge of company policy and procedures./li
liPerforms mowing, trimming, and edging when required./li
liAccepts and performs other work as assignedbythe supervisor./li
liReceives written work orders or verbal instructions from the supervisor./li
liCleans internal areas of buildings, including sweeping and mopping./li
liMaintains cleanliness of public areas, storage areas, and parking lot./li
liEmpties trash cans and maintains containers to ensure regulatory compliance./li
liAssists other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies./li
liFollow the companys policies and safety procedures./li
liMaintain regular and punctual attendance./li
liWorks cooperatively with others./li
liOther duties as assigned bymanagement./li

liExperience and or vocational training in performingsimilar duties./li
liOrganizing, verifying, androutingrequired documentation when necessary./li
liHigh School graduate or GED./li
liMust have a valid Drivers License./li
