Job Description Provide technical, maintenance support and continuity to customers and users of complexcombat vehicle platforms and fire control systems on a world-wide basis to achieve andmaintain system readiness. Support includes technical assistance and advice, technical datacollection and reporting. Is the operating systems expert on vehicles and responds as the firstpoint of contact for field problem identification.Required Education, Experience, & Skills Military Background operating and working on the M109A6 & M109A7 Artillery platform. (4 years)Minimum of a High School Diploma.Knowledge of system operation, assembly and subassembly troubleshooting,component and system fault isolation and repair.Knowledge of all levels of repair for military maintenance systems and appropriatetechnical manuals and engineering data.Interpret and use all types of engineering drawings and schematics.Detail understanding of system troubleshooting techniques.Proficient in vehicle operation, mechanics and electronics.Experienced in the mechanical/electronic field of relevant military productsTechnical knowledge depth first through fourth level of maintenance repair.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills A bachelor's degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, OR; An associate's degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR;A major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR;11 years of recent specialized experiencePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $59220 - $94770Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
