• Provide high-quality patient care in the ED, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and technologies in emergency nursing.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding and address concerns.Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in New Mexico.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in emergency nursing.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Compensation and BenefitsThis assignment offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000, based on 36 hours per week and 12-hour shifts. Additionally, you will receive:
