• Team Composition: 5 Nurse Practitioners
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM; Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Call: No Call
• Patient Distribution: 100% Outpatient
• Patient Volumes: Up to 30-40 patients per dayRequirements:
  • Preferred previous Urgent Care (UC) or Emergency Room (ER) experience or 2 years in Primary Care.
