  • Cancer Coverage Join Genesis as a Registered Nurse Unit Manager where you will support the Director of Nursing with the delivery of high quality care and achieve positive clinical outcomes, patient/resident, family and employee satisfaction. Position Highlights:
    • Lead, guide and direct the overall operations of nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned unit.
    • Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients on assigned nursing unit.
    • Manage the human resources in assigned unit including recruiting and orientating staff, and implementing disciplinary action when necessary. Why Genesis?
