SUMMARY
Assesses, designs, presents or manages, and evaluates educational programs, in-service and orientation for designated Nursing and Non-Nursing personnel that falls within the general nurse educator's assigned set of departments/facilities or service area, using the hospital market model. Assists with competency development and maintenance of department-specific competencies and specialty certification.
