pAn strongAccount Manager/strong is responsible for managing the daily operations and maintaining positive relationships with assigned customers. This involves effectively communicating with customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and addressing any issues that may arise. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and works closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services./p

liProvides and communicates accurate information to the customer and internally to maintain a high-level service./li
liEnsures effective communication with designated order entry team members. This includes providing clear instructions, sharing relevant information, and promptly addressing any questions or concerns that may arise./li
liAccurately tracks and traces loads and uses all tolls provided with MSLV; and escalates any issues to the Operations Manager if necessary./li
liSeeks out opportunities to grow business and foster stronger customer connections./li
liSchedules pickup and delivery appointments with customers in a timely manner./li
liWorks with team members to solve problems./li

liHigh School Diploma or equivalent required./li
liProficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software./li
liBasic knowledge and understanding of motor carrier operations and geography./li
liExcellent customer service and communication skills./li

liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills./li
liAbility to work in a fast-paced environment./li
liAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously./li
