Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deputy Chief Information Security
Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead diverse teams across the cybersecurity portfolio to support
security initiatives
Build coalitions and collaborate with colleagues to achieve
strategic objectives
Shape the strategic direction of cybersecurity and manage
relationships across organizational boundaries
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in
leadership roles
Thorough understanding of complex enterprise systems and current IT
trends
Experience in creating and maintaining staffing strategies and
metrics/reporting
Complex decision-making skills with the ability to assess costs and
benefits
Experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks such as
FedRAMP and GDPR is preferred
