A company is looking for an Enterprise Business Development
Manager to join their EMEA team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development within the DACH, Netherlands &
Nordics region, focusing on Ethics & Compliance Learning
solutions
Manage the entire sales process from opportunity identification to
negotiation and closure while ensuring sales goals are met
Deliver compelling business presentations and represent the company
as a thought leader at industry events
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in software/services sales with a focus on new
business development in the DACH market
Fluency in English and German is essential
Proven track record in selling high-value, multi-year SaaS
products
General understanding of Ethics & Compliance Learning solutions is
advantageous
Experience managing complex relationships with senior management in
large corporations
