Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a global team of People Operations Specialists to
enhance customer service
Conduct data audits to ensure integrity across People systems and
deliver streamlined employee lifecycle services
Collaborate with People team Centers of Excellence and manage tier
1 team member inquiries
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of related experience, or 6+ years with an
advanced degree
At least 3 years of experience in a People Operations role
Experience in maintaining and optimizing People systems, preferably
Workday
Proven ability to roll out initiatives to large teams, including
project planning
Experience working in global teams and proposing updates based on
data
