Little Toad Creek Brewery & Distillery is seeking a Kitchen Manager to join our team in Silver City, New Mexico. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food quality, menu development, and kitchen management. Key Responsibilities: Manage food quality and ensure consistency Oversee back of house operations Implement food cost and labor cost management strategies Develop menus and plan catering events Lead a kitchen team to provide excellence and efficiency Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met Company Information: Little Toad Creek Brewery & Distillery is a hometown brewpub serving up craft beverage and scratch pub food in the small town of Silver City, New Mexico, gateway to the Gila Wilderness.
