We are seeking enthusiastic, hard-working, customer-oriented individuals who can work in a team environment. A Windshield Technician repairs damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards./p

pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p

ul
liRepairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards./li
liChecks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received./li
liPrepares vehicles for body repair work and notifies management of any additional repairs needed./li
liMaintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair./li
liMaintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer./li
liComplies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management./li
liCooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles./li
liUnderstands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-know, etc./li

liWorking knowledge of all aspects of windshield repairs for vehicles./li
liAbility to read and follow instructions on windshield repairs./li
liAbility to effectively communicate with others./li
liMulti-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment./li
liPrevious experience (preferred)./li
liValidStateDrivers License./li
liFlexible schedule-must beavailable to work some Saturdays./li
